I appreciate the location and it has excellent water pressure! My husband and I stayed in apartment 3, and it was great because we didn’t have to worry about door keys our apartment had a key pad, which made it easier to enter the apartment. N/A

This was the second time staying at this condo and will not be our last. It is so clean and cozy. The beds are sooo comfortable! Such a nice place!

The apartment was as described and zero complaints or issues. The location is ideal . We came in for the fall festival and although it was smaller than expected it was across the road. Also the farmers market (for breakfast) or the Urban Market . All within 1 block. Your at the end of the downtown strip so its honestly perfect location.
Several jewelry shops and restaurants within a few blocks. If im ever in the area again ill definitely book a stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location could not have been better for what we wanted. We could walk to restaurants, coffee shops and stores excellent breakfast places close to us. Lindsey was very responsive when we had a small issue with something and really appreciated her kind hospitality and lovely home.

Great location just steps from the Mississippi River and downtown, with a cozy, spotless space and comfortable beds. Lindsay was very communicative and helpful, which made the stay easy. There was a bit of noise from the city, the trains going by, the surrounding units, and the A/C (nothing the host can do about this obviously and it never bothered us too bad). For our short visit it worked perfectly—I’d recommend it for anyone wanting to be right in the middle of downtown.

We came to Cape for a quick getaway weekend from STL. Lindsey’s place was perfect for the 2 of us. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear but we did not use them! Beds were super comfortable!!
My only real complaint is how loud the noise from the street is. Might have just been situational as I heard from many people that the college kids were all having their last hurrah but there were many many cars revving engines and squealing tires right outside the building until about 2AM.
Lindsey was a fab host and we will book with her again if we ever come back to Cape!
